Welcome to my Blog. I'm a practising member of SGI-UK a lay buddhist organisation practising the Buddhism of Nichiren Daishonin. It is often described as a practise of Active Humanism which I think reflects it perfectly. The basic practise is the chanting of 'Nam Myoho Renge Kyo' on a daily basis and putting the practise into use in our daily lives thereby making this a practical rather than esoteric form of Buddhism. Asparagus Pee

Had asparagus twice yesterday which wasn't planned ... absolutely delicious, but funny how it makes your pee smell bad !!

Buying fish online

Well it would be nice I guess to try some different fish other than what can be bought at the supermarlet and it looks like a good way tp buy them is to do so online.

Blood Pressure or Hypertension

It came as quite a shock to me a few years ago when I discovered I had very high blood pressure. Thankfully, it is now down to decent levels .. article about high blood pressure here.

Google Domination

It seems that Google is no longer happy simply dominating the search engine market and now seem set to attack Microsoft's dominance of the sofware sector .. not by relacing it, but by attempting to bypass it alltogether with their newly announced Google Chromebooks.
